The title screen in USF4 can be incredibly loud since the sound settings don't get applied to the game until after you've passed it. This mod makes the announcer shouting "ULTRA STREET FIGHTER 4" and the subsequent confirmation sound quieter so your ears don't burst from opening the game.
To install the mod, put the GAME_SE.csb file into dlc\04_ae2\ui\sound\se.
