Easier Half Circle Input Special and Hyper Moves mod

The aim of this mod is to make HC (Half Circle - like Forward, Down-Forward, Down, Down-Back, Back and the inverse) special and hyper moves easier to do by changing them into QC (Quarter Circle inputs - like Down, Down-Back, Back or inverse).
In practice, I changed all HCB (Half Circle Back) to QCB (Quarter Circle Back) moves and the only HCF (Half Circle Forward) to QCF (Quarter Circle Forward) move, which is Chun-Li's.
This allow for more acessibility (like people with some kind of coordination or hand limitation), and equalizing people with regular controlers and arcade sticks, or even people with more or less experience in fighting games.

To install, copy or drag the folder "nativePCx64" in the "ULTIMATE MARVEL VS. CAPCOM 3" folder
To uninstall, open the "backup" folder and copy or drag "nativePCx64" in the "ULTIMATE MARVEL VS. CAPCOM 3" folder
If you want to install/uninstall the mod for a specific character, just copy or drag the "XXXX_param.arc" of the character inside the "archive" folder, "XXXX" being the character param ID which can be found in the README.
