Available actions
Change rank You can change the rank of your staff. The salary is adjusted to the desired salary of the employee. You can only reduce the rank if your number of qualifications matches to the desired rank (Rank 3 -> Max 3 qualifications)
Remove qualifications Remove qualifications if the qualification is not required for any other qualification.
Add qualifications Select from a list of qualification the qualification you want to add directly to the employee.
Remove traits
Add traits Select from a list of traits the trait you want to add directly to the employee.
Hint: Before you can select an action, you must select / click the desired employee. After that, open the Mod Manager and open the mod "options".
