Requirements for Vote Convincing during Scales halved.
All units are given slight buffs (+1 in all attributes, + 10 hp).
Roland is given (along with the above) +40 HP (he has a beefy horse), around +10% more STR, DEF, MDEF.
Exp Ring is buffed from 0.5 to 100. (Almost always gives a level now).
Otherwise same as below.
Rant incoming (also spoilers if you haven't played the game):
I personally did a Deathless Hard Golden playthrough with this version. It wasn't easy, but it wasn't impossible either. Do all the mock battles, and as long as you're near the recommended level, you should be good. The unit and Roland buff was slightly necessary as the early tourney battle seemed nigh impossible to do Deathless otherwise. After that, you have access to mock battles and Sundry shop, so you can grind and otherwise cheese fights. As long as you wall up your units and let the enemy come to you, you should be good. Most of my deaths/resets were due to overextending. For the army split, my retinue consisted of:
B: Serenoa, Anna, Jens, Julio, Hossabara, Lionel, and Decimal.
R: Avlora, Maxwell, Groma, Piccoletta, Flanagan, Hughette, Medina, and Geela.
F: Milo, Corentin, Archibald, Ezana, Giovanna, Erador, Narve, and Quahaug.
Choices were either due to them having dialogue on the map, or it feeling right (canonical).
One healer per team (basically required).
In hindsight, I should have allocated the mages more evenly.
B was difficult, I ended up walling up at the right side, locking the 1-tile wide stairway area. You can skip the boss's turns with Jen's spring traps, and Light/Tandem can combo the boss to death in 2 turns. Vanguard Scarf went onto Serenoa.
R: Probably the hardest to fully complete, and the easiest to beat by simply cheesing (murdering the boss as quick as you can).
F: Wasn't difficult. Walled up, and reinforcements don't spawn near you, so you eventually clear it out.

If you have another mod that overrides these files, then they won't be used. Alternatively, they can be looked at if you want to see how I did these changes.
Place into Pak directory.
With the advent of Lua file shenanigans, I decided to remove the rotation code to make the game a bit more fast-paced. Now, if you want to attack someone, you really gotta dedicate. No more walking up and then rotating for optimal game cheesing. The stat changes themselves make the game easier, and the other changes are pretty overboard. So I recommend playing on Hard, and trying to go Deathless. Or, barring that, as least deaths as you can get. Additionally, you can equip the Vanguard Scarf to a weak character, or unequip it entirely.
