Nintendo Switch Buttons UI
Replaces the button textures with the Nintendo Switch versions.
v1.0:
- Initial release.
Instructions:
Put the nintendo_switch_buttons_ui_1_P.pak file in your mod folder.
That's it.
To put things back the way they were, just remove the pak file.
Note: Make sure to disable Steam's Nintendo Button Layout feature if you use it. It reverses the X/Y and A/B button inputs.
Details:
nintendo_switch_buttons_ui_1_P.pak
Replaces the textures for the standard XBox buttons with the Nintendo Switch equivalents.
Make sure that Steam's Nintendo Button Layout feature is disabled if you're using Steam's Switch Pro Controller support. It reverses the inputs so that the button images in most games matches the labels on the controller. But then the button layout is backwards, and your fingers are in the wrong places. What an awful feature. Not an issue if you use BetterJoy instead (it also has proper Joycon support, unlike Steam).
