バフ・デバフ魔法およびスキル、アイテムの効果値を変更しました。

バフ・デバフ魔法およびそれに準ずるスキル、アイテムの効果値を変更しました。
基本的に味方側の強化ですが敵側の効果も上昇しているため効果を無視できない数値になっています。
Changed the effect values of buff/debuff magic and similar skills and items.
Power Up, Protect Up, Mind Up: +0.2 -> + 0.5
Power Down, Protect Down, Mind Down Black Curse: -0.2 -> -0.3
Energy Ball: +0.2 -> +1.0
(エナジーボールは100%にしましたが、実際には1割程度通常攻撃になってしまいます。)
Put the .pak file in '(Your Steam Folder)/steamapps\common/Trials of Mana/Content/Paks/~mods'
「'(Your Steam Folder)/steamapps\common/Trials of Mana/Content/Paks/」に「~mod」フォルダーを作成し解凍した.pakファイルを移動してください。
