Resource Manipulator

The Ankaka Spa Resource Manipulator, is a tool for resource manipulation dedicated for Ankake Spa Touhou games. Use it to manipulate textures, 3D models, FX and more for the games "Kengeki" and "Kokishin". Basically this is an EXE, written in C# .NET and works for x86/x64.
