Increases a Corruption's ability to overpower and stomp-out another. This allows you to completely wipe out a competing corruption despite on-going effects as long as you're spreading enough yourself. This is a double edged sword tho, as it will also make gaining a Corruption foothold in an area where another Corruption is already entrenched considerably harder.
