All quests for unique items are done.
Imrik has all 5 traits for defeating the unique dragons.
All provinces owned have 18 building slots (Avelorn has 20).
All provinces have maxed out buildings.
The turn is 12.
There are a few lords that have maxed out skills that can be re-recruited. (Dismissed them after maxing them out.)
You have quite a lot of trade deals going and a few wars ongoing.
