Very simple mod do two things:
1. Cut half the desire position penalty (which is sometime batshit crazy imo, new guy has done nothing worthy wanna sit on top lol)
2. Reduce the time to recover from the Idle penalty. 4 turns now instead of 10 in vanila. Max is still -20. The idea behind is surely you got bore if you has nothing to do but once you have something to do you should be happy again faster. Like you'd need a day or two to get bored but only 30' of doing something you like can make you happy again.
Doesn't need a new save and should be compatible with all the mods.
