use the one you want, list of current factions available:

Yuan Shao
Yuan Shu
Zheng Jiang

Disclaimer: I can't add Sun Jian or Kong Rong they seems to be tied with Han Nobles in general and I can't find the correct keys for them. If you know which key to use, please leave a comment.
Install just like any other mod. Drop the file for the faction you want.
