add more admin up to 12 or 16.Choose only one of 2 Version.
12ver. is more friendly than 16ver.
In 16 Ver. position after 13 can't add Admin at Court have to add through city.Like in the picture on top.
First. Click city will see mini Icon to assist admin "issue administrator".
Second Click "issue administrator", and choose and choose a character you wish.
Third If wanna to remove him or her,have to Click the city first and click "issue administrator" will see "dismiss".
***save game compatible no need to start New Game.***
