About this mod

Affects how factions respond to actions. Final update until new stuff is available, probably. And it makes barter agreement turns from 3 to 20, instead of 5 to 10, this is pretty untested how the AI reacts to it, lemme know. Pretty sure I stopped an exploit, details below. All of the values in the screenshot were 1-1-0 before my tampering

1.0: Nothing overly noticeable

2.0: Should be noticeable, I saw huge spikes in my relations with other factions

3.0: Adds extra stuff, making faction relations even more noticeable. Achilles is like "Meh", though, cause I wanna see him dominate the Peloponnese.
Ody "Might" conquer other Danaan factions more readily now. Hector and Paris should be a bit less friendly. Aeneas loves Troy, but not the princes.
Also adds my confederation changes, so far. Unfortunately I haven't made the cooldown work, but the effects should be different

3.5: 3.0 but Includes strategic threat stuff, not compatible with mods that modify strategic threat

4.0: Changes to bartering and diplomacy directly, not through cultural attitudes/etc and allows military allies to decline offensive wars without breaking alliances/forces vassals to join their overlords in defensive wars lol

Unfortunately the confederation effects seem to be unaffected. At this point, I'm not even surprised. lol

That exploit where you offer a single food barter for stuff like 2 gold for 5 turns, 500 times back to back. lmao
Pretty sure I fixed that, I tested relation values between 0 and 200, but above that, stuff like that kinda makes sense.
