0.8.5 follows the previous update in adding more custom generals, an iconic and thematic land map (Warg Ambush), and, finally, the pièce de résistance! THE WARGS! UNITS MISCELLANEA
- Increased modifiers that set the melee attack and defense of T1 and T2 units improving their performance respectively of around 10% and 5%.
- Nerfed precursor Javelin damage (this is not the one used by full skirmisher units)
- Slightly increased melee stats for pikes and half-pike weapons.
- Decreased cost of all spears by 50.
- Increased cost for all Teleri, Noldor, Avari and House of Durin units by 50.
- Improved accuracy for all crossbows
- Increase damage vs beasts (Oliphant and trolls) of spears and polearms.
- Reworked Chevron system. Now chevrons cost based on the original unit cost, therefore the more expensive the unit, the more expensive the chevrons.
- Implementation of the spot & hide system. Visibility is greatly reduced overall and scouts and rangers units now play a very important role.
Hiding scalar changed for all units (1 = 100%, a higher number means more easily spottable, a lower number means the unit is harder to spot):

- Created a new attribute called “dexterous” and given to unit with light or very light weight. This allows no to have movement penalties in forests and scrub.
Ground types changes:

- Sand (75% speed, 75% charge bonus) units with resist heat are immune

Several Unit info panel fixes, including:
- Replaced the Tier Icon near the unit’s name with the Unit Type Icon divided into “Infantry Unit”, “Mounted Unit” and “Beast”;
- Unit tier is now displayed below the unit’s name where the weight is also displayed;
- Created passive ability for training levels, now displaying text that explain that the training level does;
- Reorganized stats in Unit Cards in order to be displayed always in the same order for all units except missile units where block chance is replaced by Range and Ammo;
- Remove the Accuracy stat from the info panel as its not representative of the real performance and accuracy of the unit.
ARTILLERY
- Further improvement to artillery accuracy
TROLLS
- Radious slightly increased (more difficult to push through);
- Olog-hai armour reduced from 85 to 75;
- Melee defense reduced;
FIXES
- Fixed the normal onagers shooting 4 projectiles instead of one
- Fixed one man army Haldir
