About this mod

This mod attempts to rebalance the shared spells - offensive, defensive, and charm, to make them fun and useful, especially if you invest points into their masteries.
As it is right now, too many of them are either too weak or don't scale well enough with mastery points.

***NEW SPELLS***

STUN SHOCK - offensive spell, create numerous electric bolts that stun and damage enemies around the caster. Highly randomized damage, just like electric damage should be.

SLOW - defensive spell, similar to Silence spell, but reduces movement speed, attack speed, and casting speed for 10 sec.

REGENERATION - defensive spell, heals HP over 120 seconds, calibrated to match max Hp of Alchemist (character with lowest HP gain per level).

MAGIC SHIELD - defensive spell, blocks all damage for a short period of time 5-10 sec.

SUMMON SPIDERS - charm spell, summons a pack of spiders that attack anything in sight (similat ot zombies), cooldown 30 sec. Modified version of the same named mod by Hyzenthlay1701.

                                        ***CHANGES SUMMARY***

POISON CLOUD - now has 9 ranks, damage gradually increased, added armor reduction effect -20%.

BEE SWARM - added to drop list, changed to Charm type spell.

FIREBALL - increased base damage, small knockback effect added, spells now scale with mastery level better, cooldown and mana cost increased to compensate for increased power.

FROSTBOLT - increased base damage, spells now scale with mastery level better, cooldown changed to match spell effect.

HEAL - calibrated to match max Hp of Alchemist (character with lowest HP gain per level), spells now scale with mastery level better, mana cost increased to compensate for increased power.

HEALALL - calibrated to match max Hp of Alchemist (character with lowest HP gain per level), spells now scale with mastery level better, mana cost increased to compensate for increased power.

ALOE GEL - Gradually increases of Aloe's heal with each level & changes the target of the Aloe Gel's spell [Heal All for Pet] from "selfandpets" to "friends", making it heal player AND his pets, wheres Originally it only affected the caster, decreased duration, cooldown 60 sec.

DRAINING TOUCH - changed to Offensive spell so as to not compete with heal spell, duration and cooldown standardized to 30-60 seconds, mana costs increased.

DERVISH - spell changed, as the Haste spell absorbed the original Dervish effects. Now grants bonus to critical hit chance 5-25% and critical hit damage 9-99%. Recalibrated duration + cooldowns, increased mana cost.

HASTE - absorbed effects of Dervish, now grants a bonus to run speed, buffed attack speed and cast speed. Recalibrated bonuses to useful levels Movespeed 26-50% Atk/Cast speed 6-30%. Duration + cooldowns now scales with mastery level, increased mana cost.

ELEMENTAL OVERLOAD - increased duration & mana costs, slightly lowered cooldowns.

ELEMENTAL RESISTANCES - numbers tweaked slightly, increased duration 90 sec, increased mana cost.

RETRIBUTION - Increased & standardized damage reflected across all spell ranks  36%-96% (was 25%-75%), increased durations & added cooldowns, increased mana cost.

CHARM - changed to only one spell level, as the vanilla version only reduced the mana cost and cooldown with each additional rank.

SILENCE - changed to Defensive, mana cost scales will spell level.

REPEL - now included as a drop, tweaked to only have 1 rank.

WEB - mana cost increased slightly.

IDENTIFY - removed from drop list.

TOWN PORTAL - removed from drop list.

FLAME SWORD - changed to Charm, base damage increased, changed +1 crit per mastery level to +10% damage per mastery level, made invulnerable to damage while active,  increased mana costs & cooldown 60 sec.

SKELETAL ARCHER - increased base damage & added dmg scaling based on mastery level, now archers has unlimited duration (maximum pets is 1 at 1-2lvl, 2 at 3-5lvl, 3 at 6-9lvl), increased mana costs.

SKELETAL WARRIOR - increased base damage and armor, block chance now scales with both spell and mastery level, now skeletons has unlimited duration (maximum pets is 1 at 1-2lvl, 2 at 3-5lvl, 3 at 6-9lvl), increased mana costs.

BLOOD SKELETON -  increased base damage and armor, block chance now scales with both spell and mastery level, now skeleton has unlimited duration maximum pets is set to 1 at al lvls, increased mana costs.

ZOMBIES - increased base damage health and armor, added damage scaling based on mastery level, increased cooldown 45 sec & mana costs.
