fake HDR (gently tuned to make sure whites and blacks arent crushed, meaning its clean and expands on the brightest parts of the image and darkest parts of the image with no artifacts)
ambient lighting (used as a soft bloom effect on top of the existing in-game bloom, mostly for the sky, strong lights, and light reflecting off of snow)
a slight purple tint to enhance red adjacent and blue adjacent colors (orange fluorescent street lights become more orange instead of yellow and flood lights get a slightly blue tint to them)

PERFORMANCE IMPACT:
the performance impact is about 3-4 FPS (measured on a rig with an RTX 4070, Ryzen 5 3600, 32 GB of DDR4 RAM at 2560x1440 with everything set to max (except anti-aliasing, which is set to SMAA 1x Medium, Supersampling, as well as LOD distance with both sliders set to 40%, no vignette and no chromatic aberration)
neutral lighting must be turned on as it was made with it in mind
as an example, while roaming during the day, my framerate without the preset enabled hovers around 100 FPS. with it turned on, it drops to about 97-98 FPS. your experience might differ depending on your setup
