This mod aims to replace Kurtis or another NPC that is in the game like Pierre, Janice, Boaz or Karel, all you need to do is take the model that is in the NPC folder and put the name of the NPC model, I left a read me with the id and name of the game's NPCs if you have any specific ones in mind.
To install the mod, just go to the main folder where the game is installed, then data and a folder called "char" (if you don't have this folder there, just create one with that name) put the file there and enjoy :)
