Simply download the file and copy what's inside into the root folder of TR1-3 Remastered. Replace when asked.
(1.3 UPDATE: the custom braid has been modified to fit the second update that the game got on 04/11. It still spins on its own axis a bit, and there's no way around this as far as I know. However, it does look a lot better than the previous braid did).
