Run & Done Tool to extract all the Sounds from the Conten-Folder
Unpack the exe file into the same folder as the TMNT.exe and run it. Creates a new "Extracted" folder containing all the Sounds as wav files. (Also copies over the ogg music files, just for having all the audio content) This offers nothing to repackage them but if you use TMNTModApi you can still replace the audio as you would any other file.
