Mod is EARLY ALPHA, here's what that means. I created a mod and i tested it once, seems to work.
This mod does 2 things currently with a focus on randomness:
1) all unique items (legendary and epics) have a chance to roll all and any prefixes and suffixes now!
2) all prefixes and suffixes now have a max 50% stat deviation! (vanilla game has 20% for most)
This means items will be more random but it might also make things too easy, we'll see.
Also, DON'T USE THIS MOD IN MULTIPLAYER IF YOU DIDN'T AGREE WITH YOUR FRIENDS BEFOREHAND!
Items in this mod will be able to be better than vanilla game so it's considered cheating to leak them to vanilla players. Be responsible and don't give modders a bad image. I released this mod so others can have fun.
