Viewmodels moved down and to the right, less zoomed in ADS sights.

All Pilot weapons have had their viewmodel adjusted to be moved down and to the right.
ADS FOV values adjusted to be less zoomed while still retaining some zoom unlike JustPrem's fix. I find multiplying your hipfire sens by approx. 1.05 - 1.1 works best as a zoom sensitivity for these settings.
(no zoom is 70, lower values = more zoom)
Some weapons like the Mastiff may not have the adjusted viewmodel, not sure why the "viewmodel_hip" command isn't being applied.

- all other iron sights / HCOG: zoom_fov 50
- HCOG ranger / wingman elite / charge rifle:zoom_fov40
- double take / DMR: zoom_fov35
- kraber: unchanged(26.26)
