Hello and happy new year. if the company made the game, This war of mine, read this: is impossible to win this story. The front and other doors, can't be locked. Even i don't clear, things, block the way to other rooms, rooms have a hole, i get raided and steal all my stuff, so why i bother ? Also if there is a quiet house out there, why i can't move there and live with the 2 old people and help them ? Too many needed stuff to update the house or some workbenches and so little time go out and loot. Why, you make this game ? if i can't make it even i buy things from traders. So little number of house to live and start. And finally, when someone at the door need help, why i can't go with him and help him or loot places with him ? That's all. [ i think to stop, speak, to people i don't know, but this game need to updated and add many and many new things, or you, company, bored to do that ]
dude. its in the middle of a war. people kill people for supplys, even though they are on the same side. no one trusts eachother, except for the people you recruit to your shelter because they have nowhere else to go without dieing. after 40 or so days the military comes to save you. if you do infact help people theres a chance that they join you, though slim. no matter what at the end of the game your characters go somewhere after the war, if not dead and it lists where they went and that is based on your karma, and other things such as depression, or being wounded. also, to prevent raiders put someone like roman on guard duty. if they have combat traits, they will be better at guarding, and if you have guns at your base that also factors it. even if you have your entire base boarded up, the raiders can still break the planks, however this happens after a few raids, and when that does happen, it will go into essentially a dice roll seeing if your people fend them off, your sides of the dice increase depending on your gear, their sides increase depending on a secondary dice roll that is unfactored. that is the most i can explain right now with my limitations of expressing my thoughts, due to me having nearly 120 iq, and all that stuff bundled up in my head is hard to unbundle. in regards, Levi.
Thanks for you mod, marcos03029. It would be nice if This War of Mine had an endless play option. Obviously more zones would be needed or they would need to be restocked often. I'm surprised the developers haven't decided to put that in, or make a game like that. This game feels a bit short.
Why is there not a mod installation path in the description provided? You've changed the description of fashion 2x so far ... but not a word about installation.
