Gritty City

Texture replacements for a more gritty City, made for use with John P's texture pack (included in the Sneaky Upgrade). I edited all the windows for showing more dirt and soot, and changed a few textures to be more true to the original textures. I basically stopped playing when I saw something I wanted to change and did that.
