Configurable Fast Forward

Allows you to change what timescale each game speed is associated with.
Configuration options:
Accessed using F1 in-game or by config file in the Bepinex/config/ folder after launching game once.
WARNING
Super high speeds will cause performance issues. I personally prefer FF 12 and DFF 24 and then I just use the Pulse hotkey instead of leaving it in fast forward.Pause: 0 by default
Normal: 1 by default
Fast Forward: 1.5 by default
Double Fast Forward: 2 by default
Pause on Quests: false by default - NOT YET IMPLEMENTED!
Pauses the game when a quest becomes available to stop from missing them at high speeds.
Speed Pulse Hotkey: V by default
Hotkey to pulse Double Fast Forward while pressed

2. Extract plugins folder into the Bepinex Folder
