Summary:
For all technomancers who doesn't like their gun to cool down while in rouge mode.
It is a bit overpowered as it staggers the enemy, but I don't play Spider's games because difficulty!
Installation:
Extract the file into The Technomancer/datalocal/ so it looks like
"The Technomancer/datalocal/NoGunCooldown"
Technical information (for nerds 🤓):
It does this by setting the GUN_OVERCHARGED to overcharge if -1 instead of 100. See "condSet_GUN_OVERCHARGED" in the common_inherits_conditions.sli
Maybe there's a way to not override the entire file - but for now it would collide with any other mod that modifies "common_inherits_conditions.sli". However, there doesn't seem to be any other mods on the nexus that modifies this file.
