Adds a few chest armors to give a 'mancer some more wardrobe options.

After starting a playthrough with a Zach that embraced his Rogue upbringing rather than hiding it I realized that the only technomancer gear available is different versions of the quintessential robe all the official boiz wear. It inspired me to make a few new chest pieces that still had the 'mancer wires but embraced another lifestyle, either a rogue, a raider, or a soldier. I also made player-usable versions of the untucked Vory pants and non-clipping ankle boots.
Note: Adding new items means the game localization lookup doesn't work. This means the item names are hardcoded English only and you'll see some LOC ERR type stuff in the UI. It ain't pretty but it also ain't a problem.
To ensure maximum compatibility with existing mods I've added the gear to all the trashcans in the game. Dumpster diving is making a comeback on Mars, it seems.
Installation:
1. Extract the TechGear folder from the archive
2. Place it in your datalocal folder, typically located at C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\The Technomancer\datalocal
3. Play dress-up!
Uninstallation:
Delete TechGear folder from datalocal
Compatibility:
Incompatible with anything that modifies the following files:
library_desc_tags.sli
library_item.sli
loots_autogen_chests.sli
acc_hum_mab_belt_01_diff.pgz
bod_hum_pab_mafia_01_diff.pgz
