Retextures the default Zach head to have a version of the sci-fi crown thing the masters wear.

Join Sean and Ian in the coolness. Works with all the customization options for the default/first Zach face.
Installation:
1. Extract the TechnoCirclet folder from the archive
2. Place it in your datalocal folder, typically located at C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\The Technomancer\datalocal
3. Keep the secret and look for Earth, yo.
Uninstallation:
Delete TechnoCirclet folder from datalocal
Compatibility:
Incompatible with anything that modifies the diffuse or normal maps in hea_hum_pla_01.pgz
