I. DOWNLOAD AND INSTALL RESHADE:
https://reshade.me
C: \ Games \ The Technomancer \ ... (exe is located)
Before closing in the ReShade menu, you can "skip the tutorial" and "Performance Mode" switch on..
Then everything should start automatically.
II. INSTALL NEO/RESHADE:
a little "Blade Runner" feeling.

Insert one of the NEO/ReShade file (DefaultPreset.ini) into the folder:
C: \ Games \ The Technomancer \ DefaultPreset.ini
(4 versions)
III. START THE TECHNOMANCER:
The file "DefaultPreset" should be loaded automatically.
Attention: New ReShade update info. See posts !
