I used this in Sims 3 and decided to recreate the same thing in this part. The changes affected the “High” and “Very High” shadow parameters.
The shadows in this part are initially of a higher resolution than in Sims 3, so the high parameter is simply changed to a very high value.

To install it you need to navigate to the folder where you installed The Sims Medieval. I have this: Program Files (86) / Origin Games / The Sims Medieval / Game / Bin And replace the file “Graphics Rules” with a new one.
In the archive, I also put the default file, but if you changed something in your own, then it is better to make a backup copy of your file to a safe place. You will only see the changes on high and very high settings.
