Open up this mod with the latest version of S4Studio and find the following line:
<T n="max_duration">60</T>
The above line should be on line 8. Edit the number to whatever you desire. The number represents how long in Sims minutes the buff will last. If you want no delay to be able to use Dark Meditation whenever you'd like, change the 60 to 0.
