Installation:
1. Download and extract the files into:

C:\Users\User name\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Tray

2. You're good to go. I think you can find them in the "My Library" tab.

3. I don't know if you can actually use Vortex or not, since it's not really a mod.
