About this mod
Based on a House I used to live in Melbourne. It was a great layout and size, but in need of a renovation. Not this version though. This version is nice and ideal.

Based on a House I used to live in Melbourne. It was a great layout and size, but in need of a renovation. Not this version though. This version is nice and ideal.
I used S4 Tray Importer to package mybuilds, so there is a Blueprint compressed file and a Mods Compressed File
inside the parent compressed file. The Mods file contains the mods I used to
create the Lot, so you don’t have to guess, go digging on the internet and miss
out on any content. Be careful of conflicts with any other mods you may be using.
