I decided to recreate The Lakemire Xanmeer Manor from The Elder Scrolls Online (ESO). I originally built it as a residential lot, but I thought the water theme suited a spa in a way.

It is themed as an older style build so will fit nicely for your historical sims. However, this is obviously adaptable to however you want to play in it.
You don't necessarily need every one of the packs I used, you can replace furniture with anything from the packs you do own. The layout of the house won't change, just things like the furniture and wallpaper/flooring, and maybe some of the landscaping.
Lot type: Community, Spa Lot size: 64 x 64 Value: §429,440 Rooms:
1 Bedrooms (4 bunk beds, sometimes your sims just need a nap on a community lot, it's better than a bench)
6 bathrooms (variations of toilet/shower/bath cubicles)
large open basement area with surrounding underwater windows and water features, a dining area, and various spa equipment
