It really annoyed me that at the start with low cooking knowledge my sims and roommates were starting fire too often.
I did a search for something like this, but what I found was outdated as it was done by XML editing.
This is a python script based on the cheats fire.toggle {off} and fire.toggle {on}
So it will not be outdated if EA decides to add or remove lot types.
(Of course there is always the danger, that they will change something on the fire service python code.)
If you manage your sims to burn down their houses somehow let me know.
(Best with a brief description of how and a suggestion for a bug fix. :-) )
