This is a fully self-sufficient farm. A big house with a pool, a large garden, animal sheds, workshop, and utilities on-site.
Originally designed as the new house to move in for a big family in a savegame being already played for a long time, this stuff became so successful, that I decided to share it.

size: 50x40 (can be placed on any other lot in any other world, if the lot is large enough)
Installation:
Unpack the ZIP into the 'My Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Tray' directory.
