I did this a while ago, just one of the pokemon go incubator but as a capsule display.
It can fit in tables and medium spaces (even inside itself).
Name: Capsule
Colors: 16 swatches
Lod 0: 3157
Lod 1: 1562
Some objects may be a bit too big, like the gnome in the picture, but you can just make it smaller with the resize button and it will be fine.
If the object is disappearing from the capsule, it's because there's something "touching" the object(the capsule is fine, but the object isn't). Seems to work fine with move objects but have those issues with collision from other stuff.
In my personal experience, there was a table from the home decoration pack with sides that was a bit higher than the capsule base and it caused the object to disappear. Using other table fixed the issue.
