This is a list of all the Furry Sims 4 content I personally know about. If you know of any more, let me know and I'll add it to the list. I will also update this list as I discover more mods. This is not a complete list, feel free to explore to find more, even the creators I link to may have more content I haven't found yet!
Some mods have NSFW content (mature or explicit content for individuals 18 years of age or older). For safety, these are hidden within spoiler tags, and can have any of the 3 descriptors on them to give more information about what they contain:
- NSFW Caution: For mods with little to no actual NSFW content in them, but that may expose you to NSFW content trying to download them OR sites with some NSFW content that is exceptionally avoidable.
- NSFW Warning: For mods with NSFW content in them.
- SFW Option: For mods that have NSFW content but have SFW versions available or that can easily have all NSFW content removed.

SaveState Style Mods and CC:
These mods and CC are all designed to be used or are styled similarly to SaveState's Furry mod.
SaveState's Sims 4 Furry Mod: A high-quality furry mod with Canine, Felines, Lizard and Shark body parts and assorted fur patterns, which is used as a base for most other Sims 4 Furry content.
Cyangeom's Sims 4 Furry Mod - For Children, Toddlers, and Infants: Modifies the assets from SaveState's Furry mod to work with child, toddler, and infant sims.
Furry Leg Fix: Changes the vanilla nude body (only) to work correctly with digitigrade legs.
Furry Premade Sims:Turns all the game's premade sims into furries
Sim Furrifier: Randomly applies Furry CC to sims
Protogen Visor: A simple but glitchy protogen visor
Quabbit Mod: Various skins and parts based on the authors own 'Quabbi' species
Furry Skin Update: Fixes SaveState's furry skintone to work with more occult types
Extra Furry Mods #1: Adds parts for furry Hippos, Giraffes, Elephants, Boars and Rhinos

SoraFoxyTeils Furry CC: Available on Telegram or Loverslab. Adds a lot more body parts and fur patterns based on SaveState's designs, but with a slightly less cartoony art style.
Berni's Collection: Adds NSFW parts for furry sims, as well as several SFW furry parts and patterns.
Canine and Equine/Horse Penis for Furry and Anthro Sims: 2 separate mods, name is self-explanatory
Benji's The Furs 4: A collection of a few mods, several of which are apparently currently unfinished and locked behind a Patron subscription.
- Pawpads Addon: 3d paw pads for plantigrade paws
- Fixed Female Muzzle Morph for SaveState and Berni's Collection: Fixes female heads from SaveState's CC and Berni's Collection from being unable to be edited.
Glowing Teeth and Tongue: Adds an option to make the teeth and tongues of SaveState's male furry heads glow
Furry Mod Eyebrows: A set of eyebrows for furry sims
NSFW Caution: No NSFW files, but site contains other NSFW content and images
- NSFW Warning: Mod pages may contain NSFW images, and the mod includes several NSFW files.
- SFW Option: NSFW files can be easily deleted for a SFW version, see this article.
- Fur patterns match the colors from Springroll's WMS recolors, in the Fur Patterns section.
- The creator also has a discord server that has a few channels dedicated to sharing furry sims and discussing furry sims mods.
Berni's Collection: Adds NSFW parts for furry sims, as well as several SFW furry parts and patterns.
- NSFW Warning: Mod page contains NSFW images. Much of the content is very NSFW.
- SFW Option: NSFW files can be avoided or deleted for a SFW version, see this article.
Canine and Equine/Horse Penis for Furry and Anthro Sims: 2 separate mods, name is self-explanatory

SSSpringroll's WMS Furry Recolors and Noodles Sorbet Furry Recolors: Adds extra color options to all of SaveState's fur patterns.
RockerVixen's Skins:
- Doberman Coat Colors Pack: A set of 8 Doberman skins
- Skunk Coat Colors Pack: A set of 5 Skunk skins
- Helluva Boss CC set - Loona the Hellhound and Queen Beelzebub: Skins based on the characters Loona and Beelzebub from Helluva Boss.
- Fox Markings: Fox-styled leg and muzzle patterns, available in SaveState and WMS color palettes
- Cheetah Markings: Cheetah-styled fur patterns, available in SaveState and WMS colors palettes
XORING's Skins:
- Beastars Fur Texture: A few canine skins based on characters from Beastars.
- Fanart Furry Texture: A few skins based on some fursonas.
GrimGuide's Skins:
- Random Skin Package: Some random furry skins.
- Panda Set: A panda pattern with matching tail.
Sunny's Skins:
- Red Panda and Otter: Red Panda and Otters skins, available for infants-elders
- Bird Beak and Limbs: Colored limbs and beaks for avians/featheries
- Animal Crossing and ENA Skins: Skins based off of Kiki, Olivia, Meow, and Bow from Animal Crossing, and other skins based off of the ENA animated series
Laylamoonrises' CC:
- SFW Note: The Random Skins pack contains a skin with an arguably NSFW tattoo of a stylized uterus.
- Sims 4 Random Skins: Several skins of the creator's OCs
- My Pride Mod: Skins based off of characters from the 'My Pride' animated series
- FNAF SB: Skins based off of the anthro mascots from the game 'Five Nights at Freddy's: Security Breach'
BEASTARS Legosi Skin: A skin based on Legosi from the magna/anime Beastars.
SaveState Furry Patterns - Canine Collection: A bunch of canine skins.
BekNos' Barking Mad Mod: Skins based off of Huskies, Dalmatians, Cheetahs and King Cheetahs.

Orca Skin: An orca-inspired skin
- NSFW Caution: Hosted on NSFW site, but only NSFW content is distinctly colored fur for nipples in 'ENA but furry LL version.package'
- SFW Option: Most skins are also on tumblr, listed above, and the only NSFW skins have SFW versions in other files.

Leljas's Pokemod, Digimod, and Palmod: Has a wide variety of pokemon, digimon and palworld based body parts and fur patterns.
Tomjj's Pokemon Starters Pack, Pikaclones Pack, and Elemental Monkeys: More pokemon themed parts and patterns
Zeraora Furry Mod Addon: Parts to turn sims into a Zeraora
Unpackaged Textures:
These are skins that are only textures, not package files. In order to be used in game, you'll need to follow this guide.
Kairi Skin: A skin based off of the creator's fursona
Orange Cat Skin: An edit of SaveState's tiger skin, based off of an orange cat
Skunk Full Body: A skunk skin texture
CCadence Styled Mods and CC:
These mods are based off of CCadence's snouts, which aren't compatible with SaveStates and are styled more like human faces.
Sims 4 Furry Set (SFW Version): A wide variety of furry CC with animated tails
CrowFacedWolf's CC:
- Furry Skin Overlays: A large collection of furry skins and parts, many of which require the Sims 4 Furry Set (above)
- Gardevior and Pikachu: Parts to make sim's into Gardeviors or Pickachus
Tarruvi's CC:
- Werewolf Skins + other addons: Some werewolf styled skins with custom snouts, ears, and eye colors
- Lizard Skins: Lizard based skins and presets
Grimguide's Horse Snout: A horse head part

SoraFoxyTeil's Discord: A discord server for the artist SoraFoxyTeils, who made SoraFoxyTeil's Furry CC. The discord is primarily dedicated to her art, but has a few channels dedicated for Sims 4 furry content.
Sims 4 Furs: A Loverslab group dedicated to Sims 4 furry content.
- NSFW Warning: Users are allowed to post NSFW screenshots and mods without any content warnings. Several non-furry channels are dedicated to NSFW art.

Here's what happened: I wanted a fresh start, so I made a new blog (RockerVixen, I also made new SFS). Tumblr decided to just delete my blog after I updated some of my links from Loona post to lead to the new one. I messaged their support, THREE TIMES, of course, no answer. That blog is gone forever, but my old uploads are still up on my old SFS. Feel free to add them to the list :>

thanks for adding to the list! my mods aren't only NSFW, although since a lot of it is in early phases - i focus on the initial versions of everything so it may indeed contain everything including NSFW until i finish them and take the time to separate a SFW version out.

By the way, I see you've been working on a pre-made sim replacer too? I'll be interested to see the result of it and compare your decisions to mine. I was also considering looking into CAS presets once I'm finished with my current project, so I'll be interested to see how yours turns out too. Good luck!
