Disclaimer: I built this using elements from all of the Sims 3 expansion packs, so if you do not have all expansion packs, some things might be missing. You can always edit the homes to your liking however.

I built this lot for Bridgeport, it fits nicely in the 30x64 lot overlooking the water right by the bridge and downtown. You'll have to demolish a building to place it in its spot however. Fully furnished, it costs 585,000 Simoleons, but 6 roommates pay you ~25,000/week.

These homes were modeled after some real life homes in the downtown area of my city, so they are authentic architecture. 4 storey construction, 2 car garage, spacious floor plans, nicely decorated. Enjoy!
