This mod lets you have 2 types of Deer and a Raccoon in your household

What it does:
This download lets you have 2 types of deer in your household, male and female. And a female Raccoon.
The animals require a human in the household. See below.
Installation:
1) Merge my savedsims folder with yours.
2) Delete cache files to avoid 'black deer syndrome'
3) Go to Create-a-sim. Under 'Pre-made sims', select the animal(s). Their body will look warped. Accept. If you have Master Controller you can exit with no humans. Exit Create-a-sim.
4) Place new family into a household that contains a human. If you remove the human from the household then the household will disappear upon loading your save.
FunnY:
Deer really freak out when a university mascot appears for some reason. You will keep seeing a 'be startled' interaction in the corner. Maybe they think it's a half-breed, I don't know :)
