This modification alters the UI so it will show your selected sim's age in real years rather than in gameplay days. It also adds an social interaction to ask other sims for their age and adds birthday notifications for the active household.
The interaction can be found under the friendly piemenu branch.
The mod also allows you to disable the romantic "leap into arms" interaction from male sims to female sims.
