It's made by me - jvk1166 (hwvn on Nexus) in July 2023.

Using body mesh from an archive of Jenova’s Body Shop. Head mesh is property of Maxis.
The skin is made using the official The Sims Creator, FAR Edit and Photoshop.
The picture is made using SimPose. The pose is from The Sims Depot.
Install:
To install this skin, copy the contents of the archive to your \GameData\Skins folder.
The head and clothes should be available when you create your sim.
If you have any issues - the Hot Date expansion (which comes with The Sims Complete) is recommended for any Sims skins.
