Adds support for discord rich presence - displaying information about your game in discord!

This plugin adds support for the discord rich presence system.
It shows other discord users, that you are currently playing Settlers 4. Other information like, how many players are currently playing with you and what tribe you currently playing are also displayed!
How to install:
- Install the Settlers 4 asi loader: https://github.com/nyfrk/Settlers4-ASI-Loader#installation
- Install the latest Settlers 4 mod api: https://github.com/nyfrk/S4ModApi#installation-for-players [latest supported/tested version: v0.5]
- Extract the mod zip into the game folder (so that you now have a "plugins" folder, next to the game's .exe)
Notes:
This mod is already included in the Settlers 4 Community Patch!
