About this mod
This mod makes energy a global resource. Rift Station now requires 1M stored energy, rather than 1M total power output in its local network.

Deluxe Version
In addition to energy becoming globalized:
- Biomass, Nuclear, and Carbonium power plants automatically turn themselves off if 70%+ energy storage. Activate again if 30%- energy storage.
- Integrates another of my mod "Better Carbonium Energy"
Q: Can you please make a mod that includes smart power plant feature only?
A: I would like to but I don't know how. There is a way to check player's maximum storage of a certain resource, but there is no way to tell what's the maximum energy storage of an energy grid a building is in.
Q: My headquarter stops producing minerals when I'm exploring another area.
A: The game trys to evaluate each building not inside any local energy grid up to eternity and see what happens, and for the mining buildings, they empty their vein and stop producing anything, making the game consider them to produce nothing. Setting resource multiplier to infinite does not prevent this. This behavior only happens to your headquarter and only if energy is a global resource.
There is a workaround that you could use this mod in conjunction with Infinite Miners mod to prevent this from happening, since the game will consider the resource veins to never go empty.
Also, you can build synthetizers and cultivators rather than expanding your mining facilities. Infinite sources of resources do properly apply while you are not at your headquarter.
By the way, it is impossible to add any building into local energy grid if energy is a global resource. It won't work. This mod removes energy connector from building menu, because it's completely useless even as a workaround of this issue.
