Retexture of the tossball uniform to an OSI blue and pattern, and Vicar Max's head on the floating hologram.

Tossball uniform but make it Vicar Max.
I altered the textures for the tossball uniform to have the OSI pattern and blue. And put Max's angry head on the hologram. The pattern overlay is on all parts of the uniform including metal bits and the colors are a bit too purple but it's too much work to edit for what is basically a joke mod. If anyone is interested in a better version though, comment and I'll maybe try again.
My plans are to make textures for the other teams, at least those whose symbols are shown somewhere in the game. Got distracted by the idea of Max's head on the hologram. But Cleo's Darlings are in progress, see screenshot. :)

Put the file in 'TheOuterWorlds\Indiana\Content\Paks\~Mods'
