About this mod
Low FPS config for those, who cannot run this game in any other way, than on old laptops or GPUs.
- Permissions and credits
Changes:
Disabled Tonemapper, bloom, blur, dof and other heavy shaders
Tweaked LODs, Lighting, View distance, Texture streaming
Improved Temporal anti-aliasing (TAA)
Increased font size (Engine.ini - Applicatijavascript-event-stripped1.185)

My system:
CPU: 2200g
GPU: Vega 8
RAM: 16 GB

Warning: This mod have a very small impact on FPS. It's nothing to do here beside disable all shaders and make it fullbright just like in CS:GO, Skyrim. I have no skills to do this, sorry.
I tested many solutions:
Reduce textures size - nothing happens
Disable all shadows - instant crush or white face syndrome
Disable all lighting - nothing happens
Disable all postprocess - small impact, current version
By the way, you can test and use it freely in your own mods. Good luck.

Install:
Put all files from archive on your C:\Users\@your_name@\AppData\Local\Indiana\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor folder with overwrite
