Since this is an online game, no. And with the consideration of it being an online game, there's not a sufficient way of implementing new hairstyles without developer privileges or having access to the server and giving yourself the appropriate privileges, by which if you did that, you likely are on the dev team and should likely just create the hairstyles. And unlike on storage game files which can be tampered slightly, without the servers going manic and booting you off and likely banning you in the process... New hairstyles will only come when the developer decides new hairstyles should be within the game.
