Remove "Build near a hearth" requirement from map stone, all kind of stairs and columns, so, basically you can build them anywhere. Now you can repair those destroyed pathways with ease.
Installation Download main mod archive and extract it to Game_Install_Root\Moria\Content\Paks directory.
