This is a bunker in TLD without mods. The structure may be too hard for your PC, so I recommend to set the graphics settings (especially the render distance) to minimum.
The above-ground part of the bunker is a small room that serves as the entrance to the bunker. To get inside the bunker, sit on the sofa at the entrance (quickly press LMB and E) and lower the hatch.
The first level has several rooms: shelves for various small things, a room with plants, a storeroom for weapons and tools, a kitchen and 2 rooms with zombies, one of which you can even enter, of course, if you are not afraid.
The second level also has several rooms, including 2 living rooms, a toilet and a bathroom. Also on the second level there is a working plane that can be taken out of the bunker through the gate. And, of course, there is also an exit to the balcony, because it, like the plane, is very necessary in the underground bunker.
