Anyone who's here for mods or the tld mod site xiapam or whatever it is, none of them really work with most versions. I'm not sure what version of TLD the melonloader based site is for but I could never get any of that stuff to work on steam 225 version on any mode be it survival or story.
Some options that DO work are gamecopyworld page for this game and trainers there but what is even better is grabbing cheat engine and then looking up cheat tables at sites like fearlessrevolution. Start game, start cheat engine and point it to the games exe patch in and load a ct file into cheat engine then see the options at the bottom, tick the boxes you want to enable. The best options are a walking speed mult to whatever you want to cut out that inanity. No sprains, no cabin fever etc
