Thanks to TheMagicalBob's tireless efforts, he managed to decode the game's executable and change a value which makes the game launch with debug capabilities.
This is an .exe file and does replace the game's original .exe, so make sure to backup your original tlou-i.exe file!
NOTICE: This may flag up as a virus simply because it's an .exe file on Nexus Mods. But it's not. This is a false positive. Allow the file on your PC, replace "tlou-i.exe" then launch from Steam as normal.
CONTROLS:
Gamepad: Click and Hold the Left Thumbstick then press either Start / Select, or on Dualshock / Dualsense, Left / Right on the Touchpad. Do the same again to exit the Developer / Debug Menu. It can be navigated via Gamepad too with basic common menu controls.
Keyboard: CTRL + Tilde keys combined opens the Debug Menu. Same again to close it and "Unpause" the game session.
